In which I comment on things that don't concern me
I’m on vacation this week, so I find myself with some extra time on my hands. This is a good a time as any to finally throw my opinion out there on some discussions I have read about here and on Twitter. Yeah, I know I’m late to the game on some of these, but that’s pretty much the story of my life.
Star Controversy- To be honest, I’m not exactly in the upper echelons of star gathering, so this is sort of a non issue for me. While I do believe that stars should be given on merit instead of popularity, I also think that it’s not that big of a deal. That being said, I beg of all of you, please star my stuff.
@debihope- We follow each other. We’ve spoken a few times about inconsequential stuff. She’s always been nice to me, and I to her. Unless that changes, I have no reason to hate on her. She’s cool.
Formspring.me- I’ve really enjoyed reading everyone’s formspring questions and answers. I have not created one because there are already lot of entertaining formsprings out there now, and I’m not sure I qualify as interesting enough to create one. Still, if anyone wants to know anything about me, just ask. Oh, and let me head off probably what would be the most popular question: Yes, I am amazing in bed, and I’ll probably sleep with you.
Favestar.fm- I have to admit, I liked Favrd, although I never felt as though I was part of a community. I just liked making the leaderboard on a semi regular basis. This is flipped with Favestar; I absolutely feel like a community here, but I have never made leaderboard. I’m not even sure how the leaderboards work here. I know that if I work really hard, and truly believe in myself, that one day my dreams will be realized and I’ll be on top. Years from now there will be a movie in the vein of Rudy, documenting my scrappy fight to the top and eventual rise to the top of the leaderboards. It will be a true underdog story.
