I once paid $80 for a bowl of Macaroni and Cheese at Jean Georges in New York City. It had like nine different cheeses, was twice baked, and was topped with shaved white truffles.
HOWEVER, it could not hold a candle to the entire box of store bought, cheapo box of mac and cheese I just hoovered. Keep your melted brie and truffle shavings. I am most happy with powdered cheese and margarine cheese sauce. Besides Pizza, I can’t control myself around this stuff.
